"When you close your doors, and make darkness within, remember never to say that you are alone, for you are not alone; nay, God is within, and your genius is within. And what need have they of light to see what you are doing?"

Lonely But Never Alone

Deuteronomy 31:6 states: "Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you."

We all experience times of loneliness when we feel that nobody cares or understand what has happened to us through out our lives. When we allow this kind of negativity to settle into our lives, we run the risk of also feeling, that even God doesn't care about us. And if this were to happen, we can easily start feeling, some type of self-pity. I would suggest that when loneliness drives you to despair, and threatens your spiritual stability, it would be best to try recalling, and clinging to the encouraging words of (Joshua 1:5) : "I will always be with you I will never abandon you" Place your hope and expectations in the loving and omnipotent God and always assure yourself that He will always be near, never leaving your side.

And by doing so, I truly believe that gradually, your confidence will increasingly grow.

This is the type of confidence that will give you the peace of mind knowing, that God is always with you.

The confidence in knowing, that everywhere you go, and in everything you do, God will always be there assisting you.

And even though it may seem at times, as if you have lost God, He will never let you go.

His love for you is steadfast, and eternal, and He loves you the way He made you.

He believes in you, even when you have lost confidence in yourself.

The eternal loving arms of the Lord, will always be there supporting you. I would like to know, do you fear the unknown road ahead? If you do, rest assured, God will never abandon you. He will carry you through every crisis of your life. Now don't make things more difficult for yourself by trying to serve two gods. By trying to stay in a sinful life style. Give yourself completely over to Him, and see a harvest that's filled with His love and blessings blossom in your life. Beloved, thank you for reading this Bible devotion. I pray that the favor of the Lord, will be upon you, in all that you decide, to set your heart and mind to.

Can I say a prayer for you?

Heavenly Father, I wish that I could do more for this visitor, and for the ongoing support that they have given to this site.

However, I'm trusting that You will be able and willing, to equip them with the things that they'll need, when it comes to them successfully climbing the mountains in their life.

Lord, give them the much needed understanding, knowledge, wisdom, strength and courage, to accomplish the things that they're setting out to do in their day to day.

In Jesus' mighty name, I pray, amen.

Are you where you want to be in life?

I'll tell you this, if you continue to place your complete trust in God, rest assured, He will not fail you.
