Alone With God

Matthew 14:23 states: "And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there."

Now when it came to this event, there were some that needed healing in their bodies, while others simply wanted to be fed with food, and of course there were some, who were spiritually hungry. And then there were those, who were demon possessed. And of course, Jesus accommodated all of them, even though He was very busy at all times. But in spite of this, He still took the time to be alone with His Father in prayer. And He did this, while taking the time to recharge in the power of the anointing, as He kept true to His graceful and loving heart, for these were the things that constantly moved Him, when it came to Him meeting the needs of the people.

Now I believe, one of the most important things a Christian is found constantly dealing with, is pressing one self, when it comes to making sure, they have set aside the much needed time, when it comes to their prayer life.

Doing this, as they are found to be encouraging, when it comes to their conversations with others.

Encouragement is also found, when it comes to supporting others through fellowship, while one, eventually develops, an intimacy and oneness with their Heavenly Father, no matter what.

Now it shouldn't matter how busy your schedule is at work, around the home, and with friends, or at college, and so fourth.

Learn to take the time, to have the Lord spiritually recharge you. Do this, so you can have the strength, and love.

These are important things to have, when one has a vision they are trying to follow. A path that will bring unto helping others, when it comes to Christ's Kingdom, are: healing, joy, peace of mind and the power of the anointing. For Jesus is the provider of all these things. Let's press ourselves to seek His presence. I know we live in a world today where it seems like we don't have enough time for the day-to-day things that may occur from within our everyday lives.

But in order for us to be effective in those day-to-day things, or whatever you may find yourself doing, always remember to seek His grace and energy, as you are learning to dwell from within His presence. We must learn as Christians, how to be alone with Him. We must also learn, how to appreciate, and cherish those privilege moments that we're having with the Savior. And by doing so, know that your life will always be a joyful one to you. I have trust in the Lord that you have been blessed by this Bible devotion. I'm also praying that you're feeling more compelled, when it comes to spending time with the Lord.

Can I say a prayer for you?

Heavenly Father, I wish that I could do more for this visitor, and for the ongoing support that they have given to this site.

However, I'm trusting that You will be able and willing, to equip them with the things that they'll need, when it comes to them successfully climbing the mountains in their life.

Lord, give them the much needed understanding, knowledge, wisdom, strength and courage, to accomplish the things that they're setting out to do in their day to day.

In Jesus' mighty name, I pray, amen.

Are you where you want to be in life?

I'll tell you this, if you continue to place your complete trust in God, rest assured, He will not fail you.
