Danna's
Short Inspired Devotions from the Bible
"I am so washed in the tide of His measureless love, that often times, I seem to be below the surface of the sea; so much so, that I find, that I cannot touch, or see, or feel anything around me; except its water."

Putting Your Sins On The Table
1 John 1:9 states: "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just, when it comes to forgiving us our sins, as He cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
I'll tell you this, every time you find yourself strong enough to put your sins on the table, be certain that God will wash you of your sins, to where you'll be, as white as snow. Know that every time you're driven enough, to leave your sins on the table, it's the love of God, that will restore you back to the body of Christ. I like to think, that for all the times you were so determine to turn away from your wicked ways; and if you would have stuck with that decision, regardless of how daunting the task may have seem at the time...
...rest assured, that God would have given you the much needed strength, and courage, along with a wonderful gift of peace, that would have surpassed all understanding.
For when it comes to such a gift, know that it contains a type of peace, that the world simply doesn't understand.
For you see, living life as a child of God; can at times, seem as if your life is being showcased to the entire world.
And not only that, if one were to be honest, they would have to admit, at times, the Word of God seems to require everything from within us.
So much so, that if you stay obedient to what it lays out before you, there will no longer be any hindrance, when it comes to who you are, from within Jesus Christ.
Be that as it may, my beloved, to put it simply; don't be afraid to put your sins on the table. And even though some may see this as a mistake; know that our Heavenly Father, for He's our Saving Grace; will be pleased with our obedience. For He knows, that such a dedication, truly is, a testament to our unwavering faith. Let's not forget, that God promised to sustain, and to supply us, with all our needs. So therefore I challenge you today, not to be afraid to put your sins on the table. For if you were to whole heartily to do so, thanks to Jesus, your righteousness will be renewed -- Amen.
I hope and pray, that Danna's short devotion, was in some way, a blessing to you
